My favorite was a flight a few years back on kiwi. I forget the actual name, but the lead F/A introduced the crew as follows:

Hi I'm susan and I'll be working the front of the aircraft along with Sally, working the rear of the aircraft is my husband Bob and Bob's girlfriend Donna"

It certainly got the attention of the passengers
