The lounge was again open at the Ritz Carlton Mega Kuningan. As a Plat, not upgraded, obviously. Offered at 400k IDR per day, per person. Our stay included breakfast, so we skipped the upsell on the Club. On our last stay in 2020, our suite included Club access, but was just fulfilled at Lobo restaurant.

We still had vouchers here from their 2020 One Card promo. They were rather cranky about extending the hotel stay vouchers, even with all the Covid limitations. As our flights to CGK were canceled in 2021, we hadn’t been able to come to Indonesia in 18 months. We had used just over half of the vouchers during our stays in 2020. (12 out of 21 nights)

We were a bit frustrated that their spa was still not open. They had extended the massage vouchers via email last year until 12/30/22, but so far city regulations haven't allowed them to reopen. That email offered to convert a massage voucher to one Lobo set menu, which is 1/3 or so the value of a massage.

We did find the service in Asia and Lobo to be pleasant. We were allowed to use some food vouchers from the One Card set. Service was at a snail’s pace in Lobo, although the food was great. 20 minutes for iced tea. 40 minutes for an appetizer, 70 minutes for entree. Slow dining…

We stayed in a standard room, which was nicely sized. Certainly much larger than the standard room at the JW Marriott we went to after here.
