Does anyone have experience using a vip arrival service at MXP, where they meet you as you depart the plane and fast track you through immigration and customs?

If so, do they take you to a dedicated fast track immigration/custom line and/or allow you to skip to the front of the regular line? Or do they simply hold your hand and take you through the regular line.

I’ve used this type of service at other airports before, and know it can vary widely
