What could work is JFK-HND-KIX-BKK but that would be asking for all of those segments in J (or U). Not sure if that would fly.
Would that be allowed, since it presumably requires entering the country at HND and then flying a domestic flight to KIX? Or is the prohibition against leaving the airport?
