Given the desire to sleep, I'd suggest 1A or 1F. No one will crawl over you, and you're less likely to have someone grab your seatback than in 2C. Otherwise, I'm a 2C/D guy.
A321 sometimes gets downgauged to A320 and one of B737 variants about one to two days prior to flight. Still, 2C/D and 1A/1F is reliably good on all mainline fleet but just be aware this might happen.
In an event of a downguaging, Avoid Row 4, as you may be removed from F and placed in Economy due to reduced F seats.
