There are no wait times for customs in Europe you simply walk through with your bags.

Where there are wait times is in the usual places - for immigration and baggage reclaim.

I don't see any 'meet and greet' being able to go into the baggage area and find your bags and expedite them. Immigration lines possibly but not for bags.

Save your money for something worthwhile. If you are that concerned abour your wife and children having a long wait for baggage put them in a taxi and send them to the hotel and you follow on laterwith the bags.
