Answering my own post. As the travel bank had not been credited by last night I called the Mosaic line. It was only a 15 minute wait.
The res agent pulled the PNR and said even though it was cancelled the refunds were not processed. She asked if I cancelled online and I said I did. She said that it happens a lot that the refund is not processed if you cancel online. Lesson learned.
