What's a fram stay to you?
Do you want to participate in farming, want to just stay on a farm (italian/spanish agroturismo) or ?
The closest I think exist are dude ranches (for those who want to experience cowboy life - at least riding around on horses) but these are not cheap. The other is WWOOF or WOFF or some other acronym. It's some outfit that matches you up with organic farmers that are looking for volunteer labour (in exchange for room and board) or some arrangement like that.
