Yeah, if following the rules they preach, everyone in PC and back should use the bathrooms at the back of the 737. In practice it doesn't happen but just to be sure I'd talk to an FA when boarding (or at some point early in the flight) and I'm sure they'll take care of you. Beware though, the FC bathroom in the 737 is super small compared to the already small rear ones.
