That's an artifact from when UA operated from and had a club in T2. Whether it will apply to the new T3 club is anyone's guess.

I'm through T2 weekly, and there has been an uptick of activity at the lounge site. That said, as I noted in the UA thread, I'm skeptical it will open before my UC membership expires in October.
