We own there and travel from California every October. It's a very nice property, only one bedrooms but can sleep 4 with a sofa bed in the living room. Limited kitchen, small fridge, microwave, coffee pot with coffee supplied, dishes, silverware, toaster, and a blender. There is also free laundry with soap supplied. Parking is expensive, $48 a night but since you are in Cambridge you are savvy of alternate transportation. No lounge, however, there is free coffee/tea and available continental breakfast on the 2nd floor each morning.
There is also bar service in the evenings.
Prices being equal, I would definitely recommend the Custom House Pulse in Boston. Great location for a visitor.
