I'm flying from DXB-CDG-JFK (all confirmed in J) and am contemplating whether to upgrade from DXB-CDG. At the moment, my onward flight to JFK (with a transit of 12 hours) doesn't have P. In that case, will I have access to the LP Lounge at CDG, including ground services?

Initially, I was thinking about heading into Paris to do some shopping before heading back to the US (hence the 12-hour transit time), but given that airport lines have been ridiculous and the possibility of it being scorching hot, I might just stay put and take an earlier flight to JFK (which *WILL* feature P). If I make that change, will I still have access to LP during my transit in CDG?

Thanks in advance for all your help! I'm still thinking hard about whether it's worth paying about a $1000 USD to upgrade on a 7-hour red-eye flight and for lounge service. (I realize this is a personal decision, but I'm also a stickler for money sometimes!)
