I just wrote an email to
[email protected] with an itemized list of the missing bonus Avios. This approach worked when I had a similar issue 3-4 years ago, although at that time there was a option (now missing) to contact BAEC in the US through a form on the BA website. In any case they replied twice from that email address, and it took a few months, but they fixed it.
So I heard back from BA following my e-mail to
[email protected] three months ago. A week ago they wrote back to say that they would contact Chase regarding the missing bonus Avios, and today they informed me that the Avios have been credited to my BAEC account, which indeed they have.
So it took a few months, but a quick e-mal to [email protected] was enough to get issue sorted, as was the case on past occasions.
