Customs at FCO
Hello,
Does anybody know if Customs will be open early morning on Sunday? I fly out July 10 from FCO at 10.30am on American. I ask because I will have to do VAT Tax refund procedure and the first step is to get the VAT receipts stamped by customs by showing them the goods and the receipts..
