Curious, when they corrected it, did you get the business class bonus or first class bonus? I remember under the old iteration of the program, using a coupon for F gave you F earnings, but I was never sure if that was intended.
I got the credit for class paid (business), which is what I think the rules say (can't recall for sure). FWIW, my trips this year were early on during Omicron surge and my fares from NYC to Boston were only $49, so I didn't bother calling as wait times on the phone just were not worth the bother. If felt good enough about Acela F for $49
