F and J passengers on ANA operated flight and the ticket issued as ANA flight number (codeshare flight number does not qualify) can enter ANA Arrival Lounge at NRT, including award ticket passengers. However, ANA Arrival Lounge at NRT is closed since April 2020 and the posting by ANA on May 26 last month indicates ANA Arrival Lounge remains closed at this moment.

It is not free but there is a shower room at NRT Terminal 1 after coming out from the customs area. The shower room is on the second floor of the central building at Terminal 1, arrival on ANA you will come out on the first floor at South Building of Terminal 1. The shower room is open 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (last customer taken at 4:30 p.m.) ,1050 yen for 30 min.
