It will be my first time to again Istanbul for last 20 years and also thinking to hop via Aegean Air to accu 4 x flights in order to maintain gold (I also have gold card with A3). This will be my first time to go Greece actually.

I have no idea what the best option for a first time goer to Greece early of July 2022, where should I go and which type of flight I should choose in order to ensure it will be a qualified flight to maintain gold.
I am thinking this plan
BKK-IST-BKK via Turkish Airlines
Then between IST to Greece I am thinking to fly with A3. Istanbul to Athen is definitely a flight to make, the rest I am still debating.
I am not sure if I buy Aegean Pass, this will be counted as qualified flight to maintain gold status.
I have around 5 days for Greece trip.
Thank you for your tips and advices.
I would pick a destination that I like, either in Greece or served via Aegean, and fly there: so IST-ATH-XXX.
Early July 2022 all of Greece is high season, with high prices. But if that suits you, fly to an island. For 5 days, you can not go wrong with Santorini or Rhodes, or Heraklion.
Or go to Croatia, Romania on the black sea coast, Italy. Plenty of nice destinations served by Aegean from Greece.
