One of my checked in bags didn’t show up upon my arrival in Oulu. A co-passenger said things were scheduled tightly at HEL, maybe a shortage in staff contributes to stuff occasionally falling through the cracks. But you could scan a QR code on a sign and fill out basic information. A few hours later I got an update saying the bag had been located. It was processed overnight and delivered at my hotel in the morning. I am impressed. Hopefully CPH offers the same service.
