My flight mid last week needed 2 volunteers and got up to $1200, but did not need either. I was expecting my return flight yesterday to be oversold since two earlier flights were cancelled and another significantly delayed, but nope. Flight was booked 100% full and then 10 pax did not check in for the flight.
