The Hyatt website is showing a new Hyatt House Mall of America/MSP Airport (MN, USA). It looks like a new build and the opening date is currently given as Winter 2022, which I assume would mean December. Location is 2301 East Old Shakopee Road, Bloomington, which would be across from the southeast corner of the MOA. The MOA light rail station would be about a block away, although I think the element hotel would be slightly closer. There aren't many details, but it will have a pool (hopefully indoor and heated), airport shuttle and free parking (unlike the nearby HR Bloomington, while is maybe one mile closer to the airport and one mile farther farther from MOA). There's also an older HP MSP airport, which is somewhat closer to the airport too.

A new HH in approximately this location was announced in the local business press a couple years ago, but I had assumed that the project was abandoned. A few times I looked for signs of construction where I believed the hotel would be located and didn't find any activity or any fence signs announcing a new hotel. However, there's a lot of construction in this immediate area currently and it looks commercial or light industrial AFAICT, with some newish condo and apartment buildings next to the HR Bloomington.
