I'm afraid BA don't sell passes to their lounges. Lounge access is dictated by FF status on BA or Oneworld, or if you are flying Club, First or Concorde.

The only other way to get in is a a guest of someone with status or possibly flying J/F. See the thread on lounge access further down.
