If you mean the airside lounge but actually intending to enter Japan, that is literally impossible. You will not be allowed in to that area without a departing boarding pass or ticket.

There is however an arrival lounge which has showers and snacks. It is available to ANA J and F passengers, and AMC Platinum and Diamond members.
