Airasia won't have any counter at airside transfer desk. You need to clear immigration and get your boarding pass from AirAsia counter at landside.
You should have more than enough time if your arrival is on time. Immigration has varied greatly in recent weeks. I have experienced 5 mins - 1h immigration line in the last couple months. Even with the worst case 1h you should still make it.
