So what did you end up doing? I’m also on a MAD-SCL/ SCL-LIM-MAD. Did they give you the option of a full refund? I’d voluntarily downgrade the SCL-LIM but sounds like that’s not an option.
Priceline told me to call LATAM to sort it out and I told Priceline to leave it as is for now. I booked my inbound in Feb and my outbound in May and an OJ might actually work in my favour.
