I have seen my reservations show as "EXPEDIA" when booked through Amex Canada (FHR primarily with Marriott, Aman, and Four Seasons). This has been shown on both US and international hotel receipts. However, the last time I made a booking through Amex Canada was 3 years ago so things may have changed.
