Checked in last night for a one night stay. No Globalist upgrade proactively offered, so I asked about a Globalist suite upgrade (app showed availability). Agent checked and said she could get us something. After lots of typing she said we'd have a room on the top floor. Great, I thought, as there were 3 of us, and the extra space would be nice. We get up to the room, and.....it's just a regular one-king room, with pull-out sofa. .

Icing on the cake: the room (#1350) is at the end of the hall next to some utility room where some machine turns on every 5-10 minutes and makes a heavy whirring sound.
