5 days ago I called Amex and asked if I could move a $2000 credit balance ( a refunded airline ticket) from one Amex card ( Hilton) to another .( Blue) No problem they said. 5 days and several calls later, still no transfer. The CSR said 1 to 2 days.....another on a more recent call.... 3-5 days.

Wondering if anyone has successfully done a similar transaction. I can't believe it is that complicated or should take this long. Amex is usually more efficient than this.
