According to the BA site you will be allowed in as a BA gold or equivalent assuming you're flying on BA and you are unable to guest.
Edited to say are you flying into T5? There is an AA Arrivals lounge at T3 but I dont know if its open or indeed if you can access there either. Others may chime in hopefully.
