apologies for this and a quick glance did not find the info i was seeking...as OW emerald, i am flying with a guest in premium economy to heathrow and land at a god awful early time tomorrow am...I usually use the lounge to shower up but always fly biz....does anyone know if I have access? for a guest? can I pay to use? huge tia and safe travels all!
