What is your Priority Club status? Diamond Ambassador

Were you (or for multi-stayers are you generally) happy with the hotel/stay? It was fine for an early flight.

Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive? Twin room and that is what we got.

How are the rooms? Newish. Looked onto a central atrium so very quiet. Two singles, desk, mini sofa, fridge & safe, plenty of cupboards/ drawers/hanging space. Shower room with large Dove amenities bolted to the wall.

How is the exec. lounge? N/A

What was good and what was bad? Good - Five minutes from LHR on U3 TfL bus. Welcome gift was a drinks voucher, I had a pint and my son had a coke.
Bad - no upgrade, and my drink voucher was ticked as platinum not spire.

Value for $ or Priority Club Points? Would you return? 24000 points, we would stay again for an early departure.
