It's a sign. The universe is doing all it can to dissuade anyone with a brain from ever giving Tap Portugal their money.

If you successfully navigate the website, or phone tree without dying of boredom - and you have enough brain activity left to actually book a flight with TAP.... you deserve a medal.
You're also probably into S&M - the eventually painful flight that you just paid for will be as fun as the booking process just was.
