Edit: There was a weird decline of upgrade for passenger seated at 22C (behind exit row in standard economy) for IAD-IAH. It was weird because there was nobody cleared during boarding or within T-24 h, but she got a BP for 22C and she were not caught for a wrong seat during boarding. This cascaded into one of the five-member family, who also declined. My wife got the boarding pass for this FC seat. However, I only noticed this updated BP after deplaning. Before leaving IAD, neither FA nor GA came to my wife. Well, I shot 1K Voices an email.
