E-ticket not aligned with PNR - Booked using Turkish Points

Hi All,

I am facing a weird issue that about half a dozen calls including a conference call with two agents (United Airlines and Turkish Airlines) were not able to resolve. Has anyone experienced this issue and if so, how was it resolved (or not). Here is the situation:

I booked an award ticket on a United Airlines flight using Turkish Airline miles. My flight was ticketed and confirmed. About 10 days ago, I randomly checked my United App and saw that my original United flight was canceled, and the PNR on united shows a different flight that will not work for me and my family. I decided to call Turkish Airlines to change to a different flight and they inform me that there was no flight change and I am still on my original flight. Turkish Airlines in their system has not been notified of a change and needs to be notified by United Airlines before they will make a change. I proceed to call United Airlines and they inform me I have new flights but they have yet to be confirmed by Turkish Airlines and are awaiting input from Turkish Airlines to confirm those flights. I spoke to Turkish Airlines again and they said to wait for the system to update. I waited 10 more days and proceeded to call Turkish and was provided a similar response that they see the original ticket.

So I proceeded to call united, reached an agent, and then looped in a Turkish Airlines agent in a 3-way call. They spoke about the flights. United Airlines Rep confirmed to the Turkish Airlines Rep that the flight no longer exists and they are waiting for Turkish to confirm my new flights. The Turkish Airlines agent said that's great but we do not see that in our system and therefore cannot change your flight or confirm this new routing as Turkish does not have a request or even see that my original flight was canceled. I asked if United could resend a request, and they said no. I asked if there is a supervisor with either airline that could help resolve and they both said no.

I am supposed to fly out with my whole family in about 2 weeks and Turkish wants me to show up at the airport for a flight that no longer exists and United is telling me they are holding seats on a set of flights that need Turkish to confirm (even if they did, they don't work). I ended the call with the agents confirming this and although they understood the situation, but could not help. So in essence I have no tickets.

Any ideas?

One last bit, I have another flight booked (seperate from the above) on United using Turkish miles after the above flight. This had a schedule change as well and I seamlessly got my new tickets on new flights.
