Apparently it’s busy but not over (or even super close to) capacity. Factor in 1.5-2 hours for the SS, 30 minutes for security and 30 minutes for checking bags. In other words, show up 3-4 hours early. You’ll likely be disappointed otherwise. And yes, as for security and bag drop, that really is the state of things at YYZ, and yes, that’s with priority everything.
