I have booked flights on a Hawaii flight pass from YOW to HNL via YYZ and YVR.
The flight pass gave me only certain options for going from YOW to YVR.
One of the options not offered was the direct YOW to YVR flight.
A few 2 segment connections - YOW-YYZ- YVR , and one YOW-YYC-YVR were offered.

Most YOW-YYZ-YVR, YOW-YYC-YVR and no YOW-YUL-YVR options were offered.

So I booked the available options through the web site.

When I called the SE desk, I was told that only the connecting flights offered to YVR through the flight pass web site are bookable options.
Of course, any flight(s) I want to change to, leads to an arrival at YVR later than the last flight departure to that Hawaiian destination earlier in the day.

So is she right, or can I go to another SE agent, or to the central concierge agent- to change the YOW to YVR part of the itinerary.
