I also just came up against this unreasonable policy. I had a schedule change of two hours on a domestic ticket so needed to cancel. I assumed, based on the wiki above, that this would allow a refund. I got a reply from the refund team that the policy is 4+ hour on domestic tickets. That’s super unreasonable IMO
