On board food seems to have gone downhill on OS, they don't use Do & Co anymore? I loved it when I flew them pre-pandemic - even VIE-MUC was a nice meal.
I would just choose the cheapest option. Would not base the decision on in-flight or ground service as they will both be disappointing. Only thing that could sway the decision is status miles if you're aiming for that
