I won an FT competition a few years back where BA were unveiling their new F menu at some pop-up restaurant in London. It was by some celebrity chef (Heston Blumenthal I think).
I had the braised beef and it was delicious.
On my next BA F flight, I had the same. It was dreadful! Completely different to what had been delivered on the ground in a proper restaurant. BA and Beef is a really bad mix!
