I am OWE. I just booked with MH Economy Basic and I was given selection of bulkhead rows for free. I could choose any bulkhead seat. My wife, who has no status, was on the same booking and could only select middle bulkhead seats on 737s, while I could select aisle/window as well.

We choose window/middle and MH has blocked off the aisle (for now)
