I feel that is dishonest. Same as advertising a price, but you cannot buy it, because there is resort fees, booking fees, delivery fees, fees, fees, fees which make them higher than their competition. It takes away the level playing feel.
I dislike the change as much as the next guy but I don't think it's dishonest; this method is used by some other airlines too. They still show the complete price
for that flight, it's just that it's only part of the full ticket.
It's not like before where airlines would advertise their fares but conveniently forget to mention that there'd be a bunch of taxes and fees tacked on.
