For some reason, when i put my PNR from the OTA in the IBERIA app it shows a different PNR at the top of the page. If I put that in RJ the booking shows, with the one provided by the OTA it doesn't.
Thank you so much I found my PNR on RJ, however when I selected seat, it showed
"At least one of your specific seat requests could not be processed. (4631 - 68202)
- Your service selection contains unavailable service(s). (119225)"
Did I do something wrong? Thank you!
