So I am due to fly to the USA soon with my parents. We haven't decided on an airline yet but Air France and Iberia are two which we are considering. We are going to avoid BA for now especially with what's happening at Heathrow.

We are considering IB and AF for several reasons and some are that they both offer good pricing and secondly, flying both will enable us to keep our elite status (in my case if I fly Iberia, I will be maintaining my BAEC Silver for two years- I already have a trip with BA in July and Flying Blue Silver to Gold- several trips with AF/KL and DL this year).

Anyways, what would the catering be like on IB in PEY? We will be flying MAD-MIA rtn. My last flight with IB was to ORD in March 2020 and if I can recall correctly, there was PDB, a hot lunch and a cold snack before landing.

Also, will IB be offering drinks during mid flight upon request? I.e Coke Zero mid flight. I understand spirits are chargeable but wine and beer are complimentary and a bottle of water is given after the main meal service.
