I transfer my points to Turkish airline over a phone about week now but the miles still not in my account yet. I was able to do it online because I keep getting error message said my account number was not correct, so had to called to transfer. Is it possible that they transfer to the wrong account? I transfer my points 2 days in a row and the points already taken out from my account.
