Accurate is one thing but the seat map was showing over 50 unoccupied seats - this just seemed too many.
My question was whether AA would only show high fare availability, even if the flight was not that full, knowing that some people will need to take the first flight out on a Monday morning, whatever the cost.
Interestingly, today there is suddenly lots more availabilty in lower fare classes (down to V) - but of course we are now within 7 days of the flight for cheap fare advance purchase requirements.
I happen to think this was a good question. I had always thought availability in different fare classes was based only on the number of seats already sold.
