Based on my experience, there's several nuggets of good information in the above post which apply to all the area hotels - not just the Renaissance. As a frequent user of late-arriving (daytime) flights from North America pre-pandemic (oft-delayed AA90 was a particular problem), it is not unusual for the Hoppa to be sporadic or non-existent although still shown as operating after 2030. You will also get yelled at boarding a city bus at those hours with anything more than a single small bag. (The buses tend to be crowded with airport workers at that time.)
