And I checked multiple times at dinner in Sayulita and it kept showing a car either 18 or 19 minutes away. Even if you ordered an Uber to Conrad and it came I'm not sure it would be let inside the gate to pick you up. At a minimum you'd want to to message the driver with your full name and room number to give to guard.
I don't even know with one's full name and room number if they'd let an Uber driver inside, but I wouldn't bank my ride back to the airport on that.
We had looked at going to Sayulita using either the hotel's transfer service or renting a car for the day, but ultimately we just stayed at the resort. I think I did check once at the hotel for Uber, but I didn't see any cars in the area available for a pickup.
