After about 10 calls of listening to recordings and then being cut off, I finally got through and booked my first long-haul flight in 2 years. Phew.

the agent himself was very nice and helpful. And contrary to what the voice recording was saying, he said it wasn’t actually too busy in the centre. Wonder why the phone system made it appear so!
