It is generally PCGold status that comes as part of the IC Ambassador program [for the first year it was PCPlat], and PCPlat that comes with Royal Ambassador.
Of course, as we have all noticed and remarked, the combination of the two programs have become rather confusing both to members and to hotel staff. So this may be a programming error, or easily explained by providing us with more background on your previous status as I've asked in the first para.
