Look the airlines that are AS ff partners.
Airlines/aircraft/routes with First class are decreasing. With some airlines business class (excluding f&b) is better than first class a decade ago.
The connecting flight in Asia will be business but TPAC can definitely be in F.

For a better indication of which airlines fly to which cities I would suggest flightconnections.com over Wikipedia. The free version is sufficient for that query. Note that Taipei has 2 airports.

And, OP, if you are interested, don't forget the free stopover! When I made this trip I flew JL F to HND, spent a week in Tokyo, and then flew JL J on to TPE, all for 70k miles (one way -- the return was through different cities and is no longer bookable with AS miles)
