The 111 runs from LHR central terminal. According to Google maps the 423 runs from terminal 5.
There was discussion elsewhere on FT (and in other articles) that the Airport Marriott and a couple of other area hotels had stopped participation in the Hoppa program. That may have led to the conclusion that all the LHR Bonvoy properties had ceased, but AFAIK the Renaissance and the Courtyard still have Hoppa service.
